Engage with customers and respond to queries on Instagram, Phone, WhatsApp, and Email.
Learn and assist in managing order processes, including COD confirmations and status updates.
Support the marketing team in lead generation and follow-ups for bulk/corporate orders.
A recent graduate or current student pursuing a degree in BBA, MBA, Marketing, or Mass Communication.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi Both (written and verbal).
A fast learner with a keen interest in e-commerce, sales, and customer service.
Basic familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) or MS Office.
A proactive and positive attitude – ready to take on new challenges!
Practical Experience: Real-world training in customer support, sales, and digital marketing tools.
