Key Responsibilities

Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
Upload products, update pricing, images, descriptions, and stock
Monitor and optimize product rankings and visibility
Handle daily order processing, returns, cancelations, and customer queries
Coordinate with logistics for timely delivery and returns processing
Analyze sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
Run promotions, deals, coupon codes, and marketing campaigns
Track competitor listings, pricing, and market trends
Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, packaging, and dispatch
Improve ratings and reviews through proper communication and service
