Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our online store’s day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing order fulfillment, inventory coordination, vendor relations, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end e-commerce operations, including order processing, shipping,

and returns.

• Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy across platforms.

• Coordinate with designers and vendors for product listings, stock updates, and logistics.

• Work closely with customer service to resolve order-related queries.

• Optimize backend operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to enhance online store functionality.

• Ensure timely and accurate product uploads with appropriate descriptions and visuals.

• Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions and campaigns.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.

• Strong understanding of order management systems, logistics, and inventory control.

• Experience working with marketplaces and direct-to-consumer platforms.
• Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Excel, Shopify (or similar platforms), and e-commerce analytics tools.
