Cannac, a fast-growing premium clothing brand, is looking for a Customer Support & Operations Executive (NDR/RTO) to manage delivery-related customer calls.
Your role is to contact customers whose orders fall under NDR (Non-Delivery Report) or RTO (Return to Origin) and help ensure successful delivery.
Call customers within 1 hour of NDR/RTO update
Confirm their availability for delivery
Correct wrong addresses, wrong numbers, & delivery issues
Coordinate with the courier team for re-attempts
Maintain logs on Google Sheets/Excel
Follow up until the order is delivered
Speak professionally and politely with customers
Strong communication skills
English mandatory, Hindi
Confident on calls
Basic Excel/Sheets knowledge
Problem solving mindset
