Job Description: Senior Repayment Support Executive

Location: Gurgaon (Work From Office)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Day Shift
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Qualification - Graduate Freshers & Undergraduate Experienced

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Repayment Support Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers regarding repayments, managing collections, and ensuring timely resolution of payment-related concerns. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome, as well as candidates with prior BPO experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers via calls to provide payment reminders and repayment support

• Manage and follow up on outstanding payments and collections

• Resolve customer queries and payment disputes professionally

• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and daily reports

• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance standards

• Build positive relationships with customers while maintaining professionalism

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers are welcome; minimum 1 year of experience in any BPO preferred

• Fluent English communication is mandatory

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Ability to handle customer conversations confidently and professionally

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation is an added advantage

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on interview performance)
