About the Role
We are seeking a proactive CRM Executive with excellent communication skills and proven experience in customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving loyalty through effective communication and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups, calls, and emails.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
Ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
Work with internal teams (sales, support, and operations) to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system accurately.
Analyze customer behavior and provide insights to improve retention and engagement.
Support in designing and executing customer engagement campaigns.
Contribute to achieving customer satisfaction and retention goals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
1–3 years of proven experience in CRM, client servicing, or customer success.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software/tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Ability to multitask and handle client escalations with professionalism.
Positive attitude, patience, and strong organizational skills.
