Key Responsibilities:
Incoming leads ka call/WhatsApp follow-up, appointment fix karna.
Site visits plan karke property features explain karna; objections handle karna.
Closure & documentation me assist; daily CRM updates maintain.
Channel partners ke saath coordination, flyers/campaign me support.
Weekly targets achieve karna; market feedback dena.
Requirements:
0–3 saal field sales (real estate preferred, freshers with strong communication welcome).
2-wheeler + Android phone mandatory; Google Maps familiarity.
Hindi fluency; basic English & WhatsApp/Excel knowledge.
Target-oriented, polite & trustworthy; 6-day week comfortable.
Salary & Benefits:
Fixed ₹20000 – ₹45000+ Attractive Monthly Incentives (no cap).
Fuel/Mobile allowance, training, fast-growth path (Sr. Executive → Team Lead).
Immediate joining preferred (Notice period: __ days).
