We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our team at The Millennium Welfare Foundation. This role involves acquiring new donors and driving raising funds, building relationships with donors, and achieving our goal. Identifying leads, pitching for our projects and ensuring donor satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹7000 - ₹14000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

-Build and maintain strong relationships with donors.-Handle inquiries, feedback, and concerns from stakeholders professionally.-Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with donors.-Maintain and update donors record-Work with internal teams to enhance donor satisfaction and engagement.-Promote the NGO’s mission, values, and programs to potential supporters.

• Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 2 years of experience. ( freshers also apply) Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Lead Generation, Convincing Skills, hindi communication, customer handling is an added advantage. For this job role we give 5 days training.
