Role Overview:
We are looking for a pleasant and confident Customer Relationship Executive who will be the face of Chocovic – Gifting Sector, Ludhiana. The role involves greeting customers, handling enquiries, maintaining customer data, and ensuring a warm customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers courteously

• Handle customer enquiries and engage customers until the RM is available

• Maintain and update customer enquiry data in Excel

• Coordinate between customers and the RM/team

• Ensure a positive and welcoming customer experience

• Assist customers with basic product information and gifting options

Required Skills & Qualities:

• Good verbal communication skills

• Confident, presentable, and customer-friendly personality

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel for data maintenance

• Ability to multitask and manage customer interactions smoothly

• Polite, patient, and well-organized

Experience:

• 0–2 years of experience in customer handling, front desk, or sales support preferred

• Freshers with good communication skills can apply
