• CTC: ₹2.50 LPA to ₹3.75 LPA
• + Performance-Based Incentives

🎓 Qualification:
• Graduation (Full-time or Part-time accepted)

🧑💻 Experience Required:
• Minimum 6 months experience preferred (customer service, telecalling, sales, or similar roles)

⏰ Working Details (Work From Office):
• Shift Duration: 9.5 hours
• Working Days: 5 days a week
• Week Offs: 2 rotational offs
• Shift Timing (WFO):
• Male: 24×7 Rotational Shifts
• Female: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM Day Rotational

Candidates should have:
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Good understanding of outbound customer calls / customer service
• Positive attitude & clarity on why they want to work in a call centre / customer service role
• Confidence in explaining customer queries, offering solutions, and handling digital support
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (as applicable)
