Asco Motors is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to handle customer interactions, follow-ups, and satisfaction management. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer experience by maintaining strong relationships and timely communication.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers
Follow up with new leads, walk-in customers, and existing clients
Coordinate with sales and service teams for customer requirements
Update customer data and call reports in DMS/CRM on a daily basis
Take feedback after sales/service and resolve customer concerns
Schedule service reminders and follow-up calls
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Maintain proper documentation and records
