Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer support calls and resolve client queries professionally.
• Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality service.
• Provide guidance on investment trading, stock market trades, Forex, and cryptocurrency.
• Assist clients with account-related queries, including Demat account management and fund payments.
• Promote company services and products, contributing to sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance overall customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of investment trading, stock market, Forex, and cryptocurrency.
• Understanding of Demat accounts, fund transfers, and payment queries.
• Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and provide prompt solutions.
• Sales orientation is a plus.
• Freshers with strong interest in finance and trading are welcome.
Preferred Experience:
• Experience in customer support, client handling, or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of trading platforms and investment products is advantageous.
