We are hiring Customer Care Executives for the CARS24 process. The role involves calling customers who want to sell their cars and booking car inspection appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call customers interested in selling their cars

• Explain the CARS24 car selling process

• Collect basic car details

• Book and confirm inspection appointments

• Follow up with customers

• Maintain call and appointment records

Job Requirements:

• Freshers and experienced candidates are most welcome

• Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)

• Customer-friendly attitude
