Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused CRM Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our customers, managing our customer relationships and ensuring their needs are met. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks, from data management to direct customer interaction.
Responsibilities
· Customer Database Management: Maintain and update customer information in Google Sheets and Excel to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
· Customer Communication: Manage and call our customer database to build relationships, provide updates, and gather feedback.
· Query Resolution: Proactively respond to and resolve customer queries via phone, email, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
· Bulk Communication: Handle bulk email and message campaigns, including writing, sending, and replying to customer communications.
· Team Collaboration: Participate in scheduled team meetings via Zoom two days per week to align on goals and strategies.
· Event Participation: Attend and represent the company at events once a month to engage with customers and network with industry peers.
Qualifications
· Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer relationship management (CRM) or a related field.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel is a must.
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
· Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Flexibility: Willingness to attend events and calls as required.
