Key responsibilities
Sales and customer acquisition: Proactively seek out and meet potential customers to promote credit card products and acquire new clients.
Customer consultation: Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of different credit card options and provide advice on credit needs.
Application and processing: Guide customers through the application process, verify necessary documents, and ensure timely submission and processing of applications.
Sales targets and reporting: Work to achieve specific sales targets and prepare daily or weekly sales reports to management.
Relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with customers, handle inquiries and complaints, and provide after-sales service.
Product knowledge and training: Stay updated on the company's products and markets, and participate in training to improve selling skills.
Lead management: Maintain a database of prospects and manage the sales pipeline.
Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell other banking or financial products, such as loans or savings accounts, to credit card clients.
