Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Credit Card Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling credit cards to individuals and businesses. This is a target-driven role that requires strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and a results-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell credit card products to potential customers through various channels (in-person, telecalling, online leads, etc.)

• Educate customers on credit card features, benefits, and usage

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable card types

• Collect and verify customer documents as per compliance requirements

• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain conversion ratios

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Provide post-sales support and follow-up as required

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, offers, and regulations

Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• Experience: 0–2 years in credit card sales, financial services, or related fields (freshers welcome)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure

• Basic knowledge of banking/financial products is a plus
