Job Summary

• We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Counsellor – Immigration to guide prospective clients through our immigration services. The role involves understanding client requirements, providing accurate counselling on immigration programs, converting leads into enrollments, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel potential clients on immigration

• Understand client profiles and recommend suitable immigration pathways

• Convert leads into successful enrollments by meeting or exceeding sales

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems

• Follow up with leads and clients to ensure timely decision-making

• Coordinate with case processing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to close deals

• Customer-focused approach with strong listening skills

• Ability to explain complex information clearly and confidently

• Good organizational and follow-up skills

• Basic computer proficiency (CRM, MS Office, email)
