CNC & VMC Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and develop new business opportunities for VMC / CNC machines.

• Visit customers to understand their machining and production requirements.

• Present machine specifications, features, and benefits through product demos and technical discussions.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial negotiations.

• Coordinate with technical, service, and production teams for order finalization and execution.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated with industry trends.

• Collect customer feedback and provide inputs for product improvement.

• Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM data, and follow-up records.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.

• 2–5 years of experience in VMC / CNC machine or capital equipment sales.

• Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and industrial applications.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Willingness to travel for field sales and client meetings.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
