Key Responsibilities & Skills:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
Handle client calls professionally and resolve queries in a timely manner.
Coordinate efficiently with internal and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
Support negotiations and follow-ups to achieve client satisfaction.
Manage multiple tasks while ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
Maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach in all client interactions.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting as required.
Required Competencies:
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Good negotiation and coordination abilities
Excellent time management and organizational skills
