We are looking for a Career Counselor to join our team at Merida Tech Minds (OPC) Pvt Ltd.
This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth by providing career counseling and advisory services, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching training services to individuals and corporates, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage in new business opportunities through cold calling, digital marketing, and other lead generation activities.

• Present, promote, and sell training services and career solutions effectively to individuals and corporate clients.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitors.

• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring smooth execution of the counseling and sales process.

• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations for large crowds to highlight the benefits of services.

• Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, sales activities, and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Prepare regular reports and maintain process documentation as required.

Job Requirements:

• Thorough knowledge and proven experience in concept sales, preferably in training or education services for individuals and corporates.

• Good command over English and local languages with impeccable convincing skills.

• Strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to close deals.

• Proficiency in cold calling, digital marketing, and client engagement.

• Expertise in giving presentations to large audiences is essential.

• Must be accountable for achieving sales targets and deadlines.

• Should maintain proper processes and generate timely reports.
