Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager / Executive to join our team at Merida Tech Minds (OPC) Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong customer relationships, closing sales through various methods, and driving revenue growth across our digital and business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calling, client visits, networking, and online research.
Convert leads into long-term partnerships by offering solutions in digital marketing, brand building, web development, graphic design, startup consultation, and business recovery.
Build and maintain a strong client database.
Conduct client meetings, deliver presentations, and follow up diligently.
Meet and exceed monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
Submit regular performance reports and feedback to the management.
Maintain sales process documentation and client interaction records.
Ensure professional appearance and communication at all client touchpoints.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.
Ensure 100% client satisfaction and retention.
Grow business through consistent outreach and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate and updated records of sales and leads.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate
Experience Range: 0-5 Years (Freshers with strong skills may also apply)
Proven experience in concept and product sales preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using computers, MS Excel, CRMs, and digital tools.
Ability to develop and implement innovative sales strategies.
Fluency in English and local language(s) with good convincing ability.
Willingness to travel and meet clients across locations.
Professional attire and appearance are required.
