Greet and assist walk-in customers, promote premium products and offers.
Upsell marinated items, snacks, and combos to increase average order value.
Handle customer feedback and ensure smooth service experience.
Manage Swiggy and Zomato dashboards – monitor live orders, resolve escalations, and update menu/pricing.
Track ratings and implement actions to improve customer reviews.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for prompt order dispatch.
Execute local marketing activities such as pamphlet drops, WhatsApp broadcasts, festive campaigns, and in-store offers.
Monitor competitors’ pricing and offers to suggest strategies.
Support the owner in managing social media updates and local engagement drives.
Supervise daily activities of the cutting, cooking, and serving staff.
Maintain product display, cleanliness, hygiene, and order preparation flow.
Track inventory, control wastage, and maintain cold storage discipline.
Record daily sales (offline, Swiggy, Zomato, UPI, cash).
Verify and cross-check all purchase bills, expense bills, and entries for accuracy before submission.
Maintain day-wise bookkeeping in Excel or Google Sheets.
Share daily and weekly reports on sales, expenses, and stock levels.
Coordinate with the accountant or owner for monthly closing and cash audits.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in food retail, restaurant, or cloud kitchen management.
Strong knowledge of Swiggy/Zomato platforms and POS operations.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets).
Good communication in Hindi and English.
Must be disciplined, trustworthy, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
Experience in sales growth, marketing, and customer engagement.
Knowledge of food hygiene and FSSAI norms.
Basic accounting and cash-handling skills.
