We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, advising clients on market conditions, developing competitive market prices, and guiding buyers and sellers through the property transaction process. You must have a deep understanding of the real estate market and a strong sales background.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and online platforms.
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers and investors.
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers to achieve optimal outcomes for all parties.
Coordinate with property developers, real estate brokers, and legal representatives.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
Prepare necessary paperwork such as contracts, agreements, and leases.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role (2+ years preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
Valid real estate license or certification (as required by local laws).
Strong knowledge of local property market and regulations.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
