We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing marketing and sales team. This is a field-intensive role, critical for expanding our market presence and driving sales of our diverse range of food products in Chennai and the surrounding areas.
Market Penetration: Actively identify, target, and acquire new retail outlets, distributors, wholesalers, and HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) clients.
Sales & Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for our product line.
Product Expertise: Leverage your good knowledge of food products and the FMCG industry to effectively pitch product features, manage inventory, and handle promotional activities.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and channel partners to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
Reporting: Track field activities, sales data, and competitor movements, providing timely reports to the management team.
