● Achieve monthly and quarterly primary and secondary sales targets for the territory.
● Implement sales plans, route plans, and beat strategies, and ensure full market coverage.
● Track and manage SKU-wise sales as per brand priorities (homecare, cosmetics, fragrances, and health supplements).
● Appoint, onboard, and manage distributors/stockists as per company policy.
● Ensure distributors maintain adequate stock levels, timely claim submissions, and proper market servicing.
● Resolve distributor operational issues related to ordering, delivery, billing, and payments.
● Lead, train, and monitor sales officers/executives in the assigned area.
● Conduct regular market visits to retailers, wholesalers, and modern trade outlets.
● Ensure visibility, merchandising, and placement of Oxizun products in stores.
● Identify new market opportunities and product placement strategies.
● Execute promotional schemes, sampling drives, product demos, and on-ground activation.
● Strengthen relationships with key retail partners and institutional buyers.
● Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and market feedback.
● Ensure adherence to company’s pricing policy, branding guidelines, and commercial norms.
● Monitor competitor activity and share intelligence with the management team.
