We are looking for a Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) to join our sales team in Vaishali, Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities in the IT domain (software and hardware solutions), managing client communication, and supporting company in achieving business goals.
Handle inbound sales calls and attend customer inquiries in the IT domain (software and/or hardware solutions).
Initiate contact with prospective clients via Phone calls, Emails, and WhatsApp.
Gather requirements from clients, follow up regularly, and schedule meetings.
Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and follow up with clients.
Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate lead and interaction information.
Communicate professionally and persuasively with prospects to understand their needs.
Negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales deals effectively.
Monitor individual performance objectives and meet customer acquisition standards.
Assist in identifying frequently encountered sales issues and contribute to process improvements.
