We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our client acquisition efforts at Sterling Digital Solutions. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of digital marketing services, strategic sales planning, and the ability to close high-value deals.
Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, networking, and lead generation.
Pitch digital marketing services like Lead Generation, SEO, Social Media Ads, Branding, Web Development, Google & Meta Ads, and more to potential clients.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Prepare and present customized proposals and service decks based on client needs.
Handle end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure and onboarding.
Collaborate with internal teams (designers, marketers, developers) to ensure smooth delivery.
Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM tools regularly.
Attend client meetings (virtual/in-person), exhibitions, and networking events when required.
Proven track record in sales or business development in digital marketing or IT services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
Understanding of latest marketing trends and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, etc.)
Proficiency in tools like CRM, MS Office, LinkedIn, Google Workspace, etc.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
