Job Title: Business Development Manager – Staffing / Recruitment Location: Koramangala 6th Block, Bangalore Experience: 3–6 years Department: Staffing & Recruitment Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Staffing Department. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and acquire new clients for our staffing and recruitment services, build long-term relationships, and drive consistent business growth. Key Responsibilities: ● Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients for IT and Non-IT staffing services. ● Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and client references. ● Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales and revenue targets. ● Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers. ● Conduct meetings with clients to understand manpower requirements and propose customized staffing solutions. ● Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to ensure timely and quality candidate delivery. ● Handle client negotiations, contract closures, and renewals. ● Track market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities. ● Maintain accurate reports of client interactions, proposals, and sales performance. Required Skills & Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. ● 3–6 years of proven experience in business development or client acquisition within the staffing/recruitment industry. ● Strong understanding of contract, permanent, and contract-to-hire (C2H) staffing models. ● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. ● Strong client relationship management and target-achievement mindset. ● Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented professional.
