Identify and develop new franchise / dealership partners for NGE Petroleum (Petrol Pump, CBG Plant, EV Charging, etc.).
Generate and qualify leads through digital platforms, references, field visits, and local marketing activities.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits with potential investors or entrepreneurs.
Explain business models, investment plans, ROI projections, and project setup processes to prospects.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for franchise sign-ups and revenue.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and regularly update management on progress.
Negotiate terms and close franchise deals in line with company policies.
Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for site survey, documentation, and project execution support.
Assist franchise partners in obtaining necessary approvals, licenses, and agreements.
Ensure timely onboarding and launch of franchise outlets.
Plan and execute local marketing initiatives (roadshows, investor meets, promotional campaigns).
Support digital marketing and lead generation campaigns for assigned territories.
Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing franchise partners.
Resolve franchise concerns promptly and ensure partner satisfaction.
Act as a bridge between franchisees and corporate teams for continuous business growth.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and digital communication tools.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
Must be Targate Oriented
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
MBA preferred.
