Designation : Business Development Manager

• Manage and lead a team of real estate sales agents, business activities , Marketing of Real Estate, or a related real estate field.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed company revenue goals.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

• Moniter the sales performance and provide coaching and training to sales agents in achieved sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and investors.

• Identify and pursue new sales channels, partnerships, and corporate clients.
