Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales strategy, client acquisition, and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
Track sales performance and maintain accurate reports in CRM systems
Mentor and guide junior business development executives, if required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2–3 years of proven experience in business development or sales
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to build relationships and close deals effectively
Strategic thinking with a result-oriented mindset
Experience with CRM tools and MS Office
Leadership and team-handling skills are a plus
