Key Responsibilities:
Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
Generate qualified leads through email outreach, LinkedIn, calls, and other platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners.
Understand client requirements and present suitable business proposals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and client interactions.
Stay updated with global market trends and business opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in International Business Development or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
Ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email outreach platforms.
Must be willing to work from the Kolkata office.
