Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, workshops, fleet owners, transporters, and industrial clients.
Explore new markets and business opportunities in both urban and rural segments.
Develop strategic plans to grow product penetration.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Promote the company’s lubricant and petroleum product range to generate consistent business.
Execute sales schemes, product promotions, and marketing campaigns.
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, mechanics, fleet operators, and channel partners.
Monitor distributor stock, order flow, secondary sales, and payment collections.
Conduct periodic product training and sales presentations.
Track competitor activities, pricing structures, promotional offers, and new product launches.
Share market intelligence and insights with management to support strategy.
Identify gaps and opportunities to position the brand effectively.
Attend customer queries related to products, pricing, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and support.
Strengthen customer retention through continuous follow-ups.
Conduct daily market visits (20–25 days/month).
Plan weekly schedules and submit daily/monthly sales reports.
Ensure visibility and branding through POS materials, dealer boards, and promotional items.
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Excellent relationship-building ability
Market knowledge of lubricants, engine oils, greases, automotive fluids, etc.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp reporting, emails)
Two-wheeler & driving license preferred
Graduate / Diploma preferred
1–5 years of experience in lubricant, petroleum, automotive, or FMCG sales
