Roles and Responsibilities:
Initiate contact with inbound leads and conduct discovery calls
● Understand learner profiles and assess fit for Bhanzu’s programs
● Maintain detailed lead interactions on CRM platforms
● Communicate Bhanzu’s value propositions with clarity and empathy
● Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams for seamless lead handoffs
● Track engagement metrics and provide feedback for campaign improvement
● Support regional outreach campaigns with presales insights
