Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and brand visibility.
Motivate and guide sales executives to meet their individual targets.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
Identify new business opportunities, clients, and market segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events.
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.

Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
