Key Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and manage DSAs (Direct Selling Agents) for loans and credit cards.

• Drive sales and achieve monthly targets for loan disbursements and credit card acquisitions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and clients.

• Train and support DSAs on product features, processes, and compliance requirements.

• Develop strategies to expand market reach and enhance customer base.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, guidelines, and compliance norms.

• Regular reporting of sales performance, pipeline, and target achievements to management.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth loan and credit card processing.
