Job Description:

We are seeking passionate and experienced Senior Academic Counsellors to join our Gurgaon team. You will play a pivotal role in guiding potential learners toward appropriate upskilling programs, helping them make informed decisions and reach their career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective learners through outbound calls, emails, and video interactions

Understand their career needs and provide personalized course recommendations

Drive program admissions by explaining value propositions and handling objections

Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize student experience

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in EdTech product sales

Proven track record in consultative selling, preferably in online education

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly

Joining Timeline:
