Job Description: Business Development Trainee
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through online platforms, networking, and events to build a strong sales pipeline.
Bidding & Proposals: Write business proposals and bid on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer; negotiate and close deals.
Market Research: Analyze trends and competitors to find new business opportunities; create tailored outreach strategies.
Client Management: Build strong client relationships, handle queries, and ensure satisfaction.
Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets; explore upselling and cross-selling with current clients.
Reporting: Maintain sales records and present regular updates to management.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc., is a plus.
Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore
Hours: 10 AM - 7 PM, 5 days a week
