The BDE will be responsible for lead generation, client coordination, and property onboarding.
Work role differs for female and male candidates as below.
Handle incoming & outgoing calls to property owners.
Explain property management services over phone.
Generate and follow up leads via calls & WhatsApp.
Maintain lead data & daily reports.
Coordinate with field sales team for closures.
Good communication
