We’re looking for someone who:
• Understands hotel operations, purchase cycles & decision-makers will be an advantage
• Can confidently pitch products to hotel GMs, Purchase Heads & Owners
• Has strong relationship-building skills
• Is self-driven, disciplined, and result-oriented
• Has a growth mindset + ownership attitude
• Can work independently in the field without micro-management
✅ Key Responsibilities
• Build & manage relationships with hotels (3-star to 5-star) in the region
• Generate leads, conduct meetings, and close B2B deals
• Understand hotel requirements and offer customized solutions
• Follow up regularly to maintain healthy client relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain CRM reports & share weekly updates with the team
• Represent the brand professionally in hotel visits, events & demos
✅ Requirements
• 3–4 years of experience
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Field sales experience is a plus
• Ability to manage a full sales cycle
• Must be based in Delhi NCR
• Own vehicle preferred
