Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential clients, industries, and business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, emails, networking, social media).
Client Outreach & Relationship Building:
Initiate communication with potential clients, understand their business needs, and maintain positive client interactions.
Sales Support:
Assist in the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and sales reports. Support the sales process from lead identification to closure.
Market Research:
Conduct basic market research to understand industry trends, competition, and customer needs.
Database Management:
Maintain and update CRM systems with client information, activities, and follow-up tasks.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the senior business development team and marketing department to execute campaigns and strategies.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1 – 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
Proactive attitude, target-oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office applications.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Basic understanding of B2B sales process is a plus.
