Key Responsibilities :-
1. Lead Calling & Communication
- Call in-house leads generated through internal campaigns or Angel One systems
- Explain the benefits of Demat & trading account opening
- Maintain high call quality and professional communication
2. KYC & Onboarding Completion
- Guide clients through the entire KYC journey (PAN, Aadhaar, DigiLocker, bank proof, e-sign)
- Ensure onboarding is completed smoothly and accurately
- Follow all compliance and documentation norms
3. Demat Account Activation
- Successfully open the Demat/trading account
- Ensure activation of trading segments (Equity, MF; F&O if required)
- Introduce clients to Angel One app features
4. First Trade Activation (Key KPI)
- Ensure the client executes their first trade:
• Equity buy/sell
• Or first MF investment
- Explain basic order types and app navigation
- Handhold the client during the first transaction if required
5. Follow-ups & Conversion
- Consistently follow up with pending or half-completed KYC leads
- Convert warm leads into active clients
- Maintain target-based productivity (calls, onboarding, first trades)
6. Reporting & Coordination
- Update CRM/lead sheets daily
- Coordinate with RM/Dealer for special requirements
- Provide feedback on lead quality and conversion issues

Required Skills & Qualifications -
- 0–3 years of experience (Freshers can apply)
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Basic stock market understanding or willingness to learn
- Comfort with phone-based engagement
- Goal-oriented and disciplined approach
