We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively communicating our compliance services to clients, ensuring accurate payment updates, and performing thorough payment verifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Clearly explain compliance services and processes to customers, addressing their queries and providing guidance.
Update and maintain accurate records of customer payments.
Conduct thorough checks on payments to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and compliant customer experiences.
Assist in preparing compliance documentation and reports as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or any other relevant field.
0–6- Months of experience in compliance management or related roles.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
