Identify and generate leads through networking, site visits, cold calling, digital platforms, and local brokers
Build and maintain strong relationships with property buyers, investors, and channel partners
Pitch real estate projects to potential clients and provide detailed information about pricing, features, and location advantages
Conduct market research to understand local trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
Schedule and coordinate property site visits and meetings with prospects
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and project teams to improve brand visibility and drive conversions
Prepare regular reports on lead generation, client engagement, and closures
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (Real Estate experience preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Good understanding of the real estate market, especially in [your city or region]
Comfortable with fieldwork, client meetings, and site visits
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Previous experience in a real estate sales or channel partner management role
Network of potential clients, investors, or brokers is a plus
Ability to meet targets under tight deadlines
