Job Title: Relationship Manager
Location: Bhubaneswar
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000/month (Based on experience + incentives)
Experience Required: 0–3 years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)
Qualification: Graduate in any stream (Preferred: BBA, B.Com, MBA, B tech)

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

• Promote and sell banking products like savings accounts, personal loans, credit cards, and insurance

• Understand customer needs and offer customized solutions

• Meet assigned sales and customer engagement targets

• Handle customer queries and provide end-to-end support

• Maintain client records, follow-ups, and relationship tracking in CRM

• Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, walk-ins, and field visits

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve service issues promptly

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Good understanding of financial products and services

• Customer-focused approach with a professional attitude

• Sales-oriented mindset with ability to meet targets

• Knowledge of MS Office and basic computer skills

• Ability to work in a team and under pressure
