Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a goal-driven mindset.
- Proficient in CRM tools, Excel, and call handling systems.
- Presentable, confident, and student-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries; convert leads into successful admissions.
- Student Counselling: Understand students’ aspirations and guide them through suitable course options, career opportunities, and admission processes.
- Sales Conversion: Apply consultative selling techniques to achieve monthly admission targets.
- Follow-Up & Coordination: Regularly follow up with interested leads through calls, emails, and messages to ensure conversion.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the database.
- Event Participation: Represent the institute during seminars, education fairs, and promotional campaigns.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to ensure a seamless admission experience for students.
