Key Responsibilities
Vendor Acquisition
•	Identify, onboard, and manage vendor partners including farmers, producers, and logistics providers.
•	Maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with vendors while ensuring quality and sustainability standards.
Sales Team Management
•	Hire, train, and manage a high-performing sales team focused on vendor acquisition and onboarding.
•	Create and deliver training programs to enhance team effectiveness.
Business Development Strategy
•	Design and implement strategies to grow vendor partnerships and expand market reach.
•	Explore new market opportunities and develop a scalable growth pipeline.
Performance Monitoring
•	Track key performance metrics such as vendor engagement, acquisition rates, and team performance.
•	Provide insights-driven reports and optimize strategies accordingly.
Desired Skills & Experience
•	Proven track record in business development, vendor acquisition, or sales—preferably in AgriTech, FMCG, or Retail sectors.
•	Demonstrated experience in hiring, training, and managing sales teams.
•	Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
•	A passion for sustainability, organic farming, or agri-entrepreneurship is a strong plus.
