🎯 Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach
Pitch services/products to prospects and convert leads into opportunities
Maintain and update CRM with lead status and communication
Assist in drafting proposals, follow-ups, and closing deals
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of clients
Achieve and exceed monthly targets and KPIs
Participate in business events, webinars, and client meetings

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, telesales, or business development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Comfortable using MS Office tools and CRM software
