
Job Description :
Key Responsibilities -
Promote and sell Operon Strategist’s services and solutions related to medical device regulatory compliance, certification, and quality management.
Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the medical device industry.
Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate solutions from our range of services.
Conduct product/service presentations and prepare proposals tailored to customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, regulatory, and marketing) to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain sales records and generate regular sales reports for management review.
Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.
Requirement -
MBA in Marketing
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, or regulatory consulting.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
