Identify and research potential US-based clients in the engineering and construction sectors.
Assist in lead generation through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and industry platforms.
Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications.
Communicate effectively with prospective clients to understand their needs and introduce NexArch services.
Schedule meetings and demos for senior business development/sales leaders.
Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and client information.
Learn and understand the company's service offerings and value proposition.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, marketing) for proposal development.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to work in US time zones or in a split shift (if required).
Eagerness to learn and grow in a client-facing business role.
Understanding of the US market or B2B sales.
Interest or background in engineering, architecture, or construction services.
